It's time to use your Signature points!
Signature points – it’s time to use, donate, or lose them!
As usual, your Signature points will be zeroed on 31st December this year. As an alternative, with covid-19 guidance still in play, we are giving you the option to donate your Signature points to our Making a Difference Locally (MADL) fund.
This means you have three options:
- USE your Signature points – so redeem them at the till for money off your shopping with us. Remember, a point = a penny off your shopping!
- DONATE to MADL – you need to tell us before 28th December via the process below.
- LOSE them – if you do not use them, nor inform us to donate them, your Signature points will be zeroed on 31st December 2020.
How to donate your points to MADL
If you would like to donate your Signature points to our MADL fund you simply need to email us your request by 28th December 2020 with the below info:

Text: I am asking TOUT’S to donate my Signature card points to MADL. My Signature card number is 10164 _ _ _ _ _.
How to check how many Signature points you have
Log into your Signature account to see how many Signature points you have left or ask our cashiers when scanning your Signature card.
