- Climate Control: Adjustable heating and cooling to ensure the room is comfortable all year round.
Room Layout Options
Choose from our different layouts below to pick a style that suits your needs best! We're 100% flexible on how you want to arrange your meeting space, so please speak with us about your requirements. Below are some ideas of how the room can be laid.
Full Day (£150)
- The flat hire base rate for a full day – £150 (9am-5pm)
- Unlimited Tea, Coffee, Water included
- Full use of our AV equipment
- Extra hours charged at £20 an hour
- Outdoor area available on our balcony, with seating and tables perfect as a break-out space or to enjoy a cup of coffee.
- Accessible access (but not a disabled toilet)
- Limited free parking available on-site
- 25% off the room rate on your first booking
- Discretionary reduced rate available for charity and non-profit groups
Half Day (£80)
- The flat hire base rate for a half day – £80 (9am-1pm) or (1pm-5pm)
- Unlimited Tea, Coffee, Water included
- Full use of our AV equipment
- Extra hours charged at £20 an hour
- Outdoor area available on our balcony, with seating and tables perfect as a break-out space or to enjoy a cup of coffee.
