We pride ourselves on providing the highest quality pork products, made by hand using locally sourced, free-range ingredients and traditional methods. Ivan Thompson, the proud owner of The Sausage Shed, has been in the butchery trade since 1985 and still uses his original sausage recipe. We are based in Isle Brewers in the heart of the beautiful Somerset countryside.
