Established in 1987, family business Times Past Cheese Dairy has been creating unique Cheeses in Draycott Village, three miles outside of Cheddar Gorge and supplying them to Cheese lovers around Somerset. Ran by Stephen and Janice Webber, their daughter Kate and daughter-in-law Emma, between them, they produce high-quality cheeses made by hand in the time-honoured traditional fashion
Their range includes Mature Cheddar Cheeses, creamy Draycott Blue and a range of unique blended Cheeses with 20 varieties, including Cider Apple, Garlic, Smoky Bacon and Mexican.
