For over 65 years, the Alvis family have been making the finest Farmhouse Cheese at Lye Cross Farm. Situated at the foot of Somerset’s Mendip Hills, the Alvis family own more than 1,000 cows across their three farms, these cows supply the rich milk that goes into their range of locally produced, organic and traditional cheeses.
