Peppercorn Sauce
2-4 5 -10 mins
Creamy sauce, perfect with steak.
Ingredients
- 100ml x Atkins & Pots Classic Beef Gravy (or any beef stock or homemade if you have time)
- 1/2 x Small Onion (any is fine)
- 10g x Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
- 25ml x Double Cream
- Large pinch of Salt
- Splash of Olive Oil

Method
Finely chop the onion then fry off in a small amount of olive oil.
When soft add the pepper, fry off for a further 2 mins.
Add gravy or thick stock.
Add the cream and the salt and reduce for 2 mins until your desired thickness.
Tips
- If you like it thicker reduce it a little more.
