Peppercorn Sauce

Creamy sauce, perfect with steak.

Ingredients

  • 100ml x Atkins & Pots Classic Beef Gravy (or any beef stock or homemade if you have time)
  • 1/2 x Small Onion (any is fine)
  • 10g x Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 25ml x Double Cream
  • Large pinch of Salt
  • Splash of Olive Oil

Receipe - Peppercorn Sauce - TOUTS

Ingredients

  • 100ml x Atkins & Pots Classic Beef Gravy (or any beef stock or homemade if you have time)
  • 1/2 x Small Onion (any is fine)
  • 10g x Freshly Cracked Black Pepper
  • 25ml x Double Cream
  • Large pinch of Salt
  • Splash of Olive Oil

Method

  1. Finely chop the onion then fry off in a small amount of olive oil.

  2. When soft add the pepper, fry off for a further 2 mins.

  3. Add gravy or thick stock.

  4. Add the cream and the salt and reduce for 2 mins until your desired thickness.

Tips
  • If you like it thicker reduce it a little more.
