Homemade Slaw

Slaw in my opinion goes well with a lot of things especially at picnics and BBQ's on a beautiful sunny day!
Ingredients
- 1/2 x Red Cabbage or White if you prefer
- 1 x Large White Onion
- 2 x Carrots
- 2 tbsp x Mayonnaise
- Seasoning

Method
Finely slice the cabbage and onion and grate the carrot into a bowl.
Add the mayo and seasoning and mix well.
Tips
- Will keep in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- You can sneak in a little grated parsnip or apple to jazz it up or even some hot sauce for a slight kick.
- Might sound a little strange but a scotch egg and slaw is a really good combo. Just try it!
