Blue Cheese Sauce

Great with steak or drizzled over grilled mushrooms on sourdough toast.
Ingredients
- 100ml x Double Cream
- 50g x Blue Cheese (I used Castello Danish Blue)
- Large Pinch of Salt

Method
Pour the cream into a small saucepan.
Crumble the blue cheese in and heat gently until melted.
Add the salt and enjoy!

- Try with warm grilled pear slices too.
