Blue Cheese Sauce

  • 100ml x Double Cream
  • 50g x Blue Cheese (I used Castello Danish Blue)
  • Large Pinch of Salt

Ingredients

  • 100ml x Double Cream
  • 50g x Blue Cheese (I used Castello Danish Blue)
  • Large Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Pour the cream into a small saucepan.

  2. Crumble the blue cheese in and heat gently until melted.

  3. Add the salt and enjoy!

Tips
  • Try with warm grilled pear slices too.
