Bang Bang Cauliflower
I love a tasty side dish at Christmas, often a lot of effort is put into the showstopping main event and the sides can be forgotten about. This sweet and spicy bang bang cauliflower along with another few "classic sides with a twist" will make your Christmas spread an absolute showstopper!
Ingredients
- 1 x Cauliflower
- 1 x Small Onion
- 2 x Garlic Cloves
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 tsp x Chili Flakes
- 1/2 tsp x Ginger Powder
- 1/2 tsp x Smoked Paprika
- Seasoning
- 20ml x Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp x Treacle
- 1 tbsp x Sesame Seeds

First prep the cauliflower into florets and boil for 3-4 minutes in salted boiling water, then drain off.
Slice the onion and garlic and fry off in the olive oil on a medium heat then add the ginger powder, smoked paprika and chilli flakes and gently allow the spices to cook for 2 minutes
Add the cauliflower back into the pan along with the sweet chilli, treacle and seasoning and cook for a few for minutes. Keep moving the cauliflower so it is coated in the sweet sticky spice mix.
Finish with a sprinkling of sesame seeds and enjoy warm.
