Take home a part of Gromit Unleashed 3 with our rare figurines Silent Auction
30 June – 31 August
We’re welcoming all collectors and Gromit fans alike to enter our silent auction for our three collectable Gromits. Blind bids are placed throughout July and August then the highest bid for each figurine takes it home, all while supporting a very important cause.

How it works
Bids can be submitted in-store by filling out a bid sheet. Let us know which figurine you’re bidding on, your contact details, and how much you’d like to bid.
There is a minimum bid of £30 and bids are submitted to the nearest pound. After the auction has ended, those highest bid (or earliest in the event of a tie) for each figurine will win and we will contact you to organise collection.
If you are further afield, you are welcome to organise a courier collection, however we are unable to provide delivery.

You’re allowed to submit multiple bids across the different figures, and we’ll be in touch within 48 hours of the auction closing if you win!
Winners will have 72 hours to respond, or the next highest bidder will be awarded the win following the same process. Please read the T&Cs at the bottom of this page.

A Small Part of a BIG Cause
Amongst the excitement of Gromit arriving on site, there’s an important cause at the heart of all the buzz – to raise as much money as we possibly can to support The Grand Appeal, the official charity for The Bristol Children’s Hospital. We’ve set ourselves a target of £10,000, and we’re determined to smash it!

T&C’s apply. This silent auction is being run by TOUT’S Cleeve in support of The Grand Appeal. All proceeds raised will be donated directly to The Grand Appeal (Registered Charity No. 1043603). Participants must be 18 years or older to place a bid and buy raffle tickets. All bids and raffle tickets are considered final and non-refundable. By submitting a bid, you agree to honour the amount if you are the winning bidder. Winners will be contacted using the information provided. If no response is received within 72 hours, the prize will be offered to the next highest bidder. Raffle winner will be contacted using the details provided on their raffle stub. Figurines must be collected in person from TOUT’S Cleeve at an agreed time. We are unable to offer delivery, however the winner can arrange courier collection and delivery. TOUT’S reserves the right to disqualify any bid that is incomplete, illegible, or suspected to be fraudulent. All data will be processed in accordance with GDPR. Your contact information will only be used for the purpose of managing this auction and will not be shared or stored beyond this event. TOUT’S reserves the right to amend, cancel, or extend the auction period if necessary, and will communicate any changes through official channels.
