Mr Filbert’s is a Somerset-based, artisanal snack company founded in 2010 by a team of food lovers with decades of combined experience. Inspired by the region’s natural larder, they handcraft small-batch gourmet snacks using fresh, foraged ingredients and slow oven-roasting methods to create unique, naturally bold flavours such as rosemary, herbs, and truffle.

Their gourmet nut range features award-winning combinations like French Rosemary Almonds, Italian Black Truffle & Sea Salt Mixed Nuts, Simply Sea Salt Mixed Nuts, and Indonesian Pepper Cashews.
