Honey's Cider

Honey’s Cider is a family run craft cidery based at Upper Midford Farm just outside Bath in Somerset. The Honey family brought traditional orchard practices back to the land, planting widely spaced heritage apple trees in 2002 that are grazed by sheep and cattle to create a sustainable and naturally fertilised system.

The team, now led by Kimberly Jones, celebrates regional cider making traditions and produces cider using freshly pressed apples, wild yeasts and time honoured fermentation methods. Everything is made from their own orchard rather than from concentrates.

Their ciders have earned recognition locally and nationally. Midford was highly commended at the Royal Bath and West Show and Stoney Bonk won a Great Taste Star for its unique Bathonian twist.
