Brakes cider was a well known name In North Somerset from the mid 1800s to the early 1970s, with father & son team Walter & Lenard Brake .
In 2020, Brake’s cider was brought back to life by Joe Brake. Joe is making a selection of craft ciders from the orchards left standing today that were used some 60 years ago by his ancestors.
