Christmas leftovers sandwich

- 3 x slices sourdough
- 150ml x leftover turkey or chicken gravy, warmed
- 2 tbsp x mayonnaise
- 2-3 x slices leftover pigs in blankets
- 4-5 x leftover pigs in blankets
- 1 tbsp x cranberry sauce
- t tbsp x festive chutney
- 2-3 x slices leftover cheeses, such as brie or stilton
- Handful of spinach

Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/gas 6.
Toast the sourdough, then soak one of the slices in the warmed gravy.
Add another splash of the gravy to the mayonnaise and mix to make a gravy mayo. Spread this onto the other two sourdough slices.
Build your sandwich by layering up turkey/chicken, pigs in blankets, cranberry sauce, chutney, cheeses and spinach on either side of the gravy-soaked bread, all sandwiched between the mayonnaise-covered slices.
Wrap the whole sandwich tightly in some foil. Place it onto a tray and into the oven for around 10-15 minutes.
