Halloumi Fries with Tomato Chilli Dip

Serves 4 15 minutes

Made from chunky strips of pure Halloumi cheese and coated in a parsley and red pepper batter for that extra bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 x 350g Tomato and chilli no added sugar sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp x Ground cumin
  • 200g x 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp x Roughly chopped coriander

Ingredients

  • 1 x 350g Tomato and chilli no added sugar sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp x Ground cumin
  • 200g x 0% Greek yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp x Roughly chopped coriander
  1. Tip the tomato and chilli sauce into a bowl and add the yoghurt, cumin and coriander and mix well.

  2. Serve at room temperature with Brew City Halloumi fries.
