This Family run buffalo farm located just outside yeovil , Bought its first herd of Buffalo to the UK in 1996. But it wasn’t until 2017 that they saw the arrival of the first milking water buffalo. Now with the buffalo milk in full production the Mozzarella concept was revisited. Determination to achieve mozzarella meant they had to look at making this wonderful cheese themselves. A year researching and learning the art of mozzarella brought them to the end of 2019 and with their own artisan cheese facility now completed…Buffalicious Mozzarella was born!
